Here are my cavalier babies, from left to right....Bella, Sophie, Maddie, and Scarlett.

Bella- Tricolor: 4 years old, excellent mother of two litters of puppies! Sweet dog!

Sophie-Blenheim: 2 years old, never bred, fencing climbing escape artist!

Maddie-Black and Tan: 1.5 years old, rough and tumble girl

Scarlett- Ruby:  Tiny little girl with a big attitude; lap dog deluxe.

Sweetest natured dogs ever, and they LOVE to be with their human!

First things first....

We get to babysit for Kate Saturday night!  It surprises me that I am so excited, because back in my younger days, I HATED babysitting...somehow it's way different with a grand daughter...

Could be that she is SO CUTE, and she is like playing with a little toy!  Every thing she does seems like a miracle, and I can't get enough of just WATCHING her!  We only get to see her every few weeks, and at 5 months old, she is changing and growing every day!  Was I this amazed with my own kids??? 

I have learned one thing...I realize NOW that I didn't take advantage of the time I had with my own two....wish I had some of that time back to really FOCUS more on them, and not get so sidetracked with other things.  Of course, I am about 25 years older now than I was then, and you would HOPE that I have learned from experience. 

I am not planning on wasting ANY TIME watching Kate grow up!  Just give me lots of it, Lord! Don't wanna miss a thing!
